Vessels

HSTC operates a fleet of twelve (12) wholly owned vessels with a total capacity of 135 thousand barrels. Four (4) vessels have trading capability for coastal routes while eight (8) vessels are configured for Bay and River service. All vessels are double bottom hulled and are fully classed by internationally and MARINA accredited classification societies. Likewise, these vessels are covered by P&I and Hull and Machinery insurance.

All coastal vessels currently trading in clean cargo services are capable to carry at least four (4) grades safely. For the Bay and River barges, all vessels with gross tonnage capacity of approximately 500 tons are equipped with segregate ballast tanks (SBT) to allow ballasting and deballasting of water without the use of cargo tanks while plying the Pasig River.
