From a small company with one rented barge and 10 employees in 1985, the Herma Group has grown to be a billion-peso conglomerate with eight companies providing petroleum, maritime, and environmental services to foreign and domestic industrial partners. Herma Shipping and Transport Company (HSTC) was the first Herma company, established in 1985 to provide hauling services to the country's major petroleum companies. It started out using one rented barge, but has since risen to be the largest petroleum marine tanker company in the Philippines, delivering petroleum products anywhere in the archipelago.

Petrotrade Philippines Inc. (PPI) was created in 1991 to trade petroleum products to foreign and domestic clients. It has steered itself to be the coungtry's leading supplier of bunkering services, with fully developed  logistical, operational, and technical competencies to meet the market's current demands. It is backed by the Philippines' top oil reinferies, and currently serves 95 to 98 percent of the Philippine bunkering market. 

Herma Shipyard Inc. (HSI) was created in early 2000 to provide efficient and dedicated shipbuilding and maintenance services to the Group's growing fleet. Herma Shipyard operates out of two complexes, with a total land area of 22 hectares, in the Bataan Export processing zone in Mariveles, Bataan. Herma Shipyard achieved ISO 9000 certification in 2003, and is now able to provide ship owners and operators, as well as government agencies and industrial partners, with first-rate ship building and repair, industrial fabrication, and port terminal and warehousing services. The company's roster of prestigious clients includes: the different Herma companies, the Philippine Navy, the Philippine Coast Guard, and Negros Navigation.

Cleanway Technology Corporation (CTC) was born out of the Herma Group's commitment to participate in the government's efforts to clean up the metropolis. From providing solid waste management solutions to local governments and communities, Cleanway has expanded its operations to include hazardous and bio-medical waste management solutions for industrial partners, and has constructed an integrated hazardous waste management facility for this purpose. The facility is located in Meridian Industrial Park II, Silang, Cavite, where it will properly store, treat, and dispose of the waste of industries and hospitals from the NCR and Calabarzon areas.

Formerly known as Amreh Holdings, Inc., Herma Corporation (HC) provides comprehensive support services to the other Herma subsidiaries, allowing them to focus on their core competencies while it manages their financial and administrative requirements. It is located in the Herma Group building in Quezon City, and is home to these departments: Financial Services, Corporate Planning, Corporate Affairs, and Building Administration.

The Herma Group further diversified its interests to include investments in agribusiness and livestock ventures, with the establishment of Herma Farms Inc. in 2001. The company currently reaises, breeds, and trades livestock, and also disgtributes agricultural products, in the agriculturally rich provinces of Bataan and Batangas in Luzon, and Bukidnon in Mindanao.

RHEAM Strategic Technologies Inc. (RSTI) is an information and communication technology (ICT) company. It provides ICT management and consulting services, and distributes and implements application software solutions. It carries leading software packages for real estate / property management, corporate performance management, governance, business management and information systems. RSTI maintains and supports the ITC requirements of the Herma Group.

Makisig Network Inc is Herma Group's newest company. Established in 2007, it is positioned as a cable channel that Filipino men can truly call their own. The network features sports, entertainment, lifestyle and magazine shows for Filipinos of all ages.
