Mr. Herminio S. Esguerra is owner, founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of all companies that comprise the Herma Group.
A man with a vision and untiring entrepreneurial spirit, he continued to chart new courses. The proof of Mr. Esguerra's leadership resulted in his steering a one barge bunkering operation to a Group of companies that is now a name in providing petroleum, maritime and environmental services. His active involvement and advocacy for environmental care and protection has spanned his career not only in the field of business but the social, public and national sectors as well.
Today, after two decades, while he is still very active in top management, he is a charismatic and persistent coach, determined to prepare his people well in the management of their organization.

Enrico C. Cavestany
President
Mr. Enrico C. Cavestany has devoted almost 30 years of his career working in the petroleum industry. At Caltex Philippines Inc., he rose from the ranks to become one of the top Marketing Executives until he retired in 2000. Prior to joining HSTC, he was the President of Southern Cross Distribution Inc., the first branded wholesaler of Caltex in the region.

Primo R. Agbayani
Vice-President for Commercial & Quality Assurance
Mr. Primo R. Agbayani first joined the Herma Group as Assistant to the President of HSTC and was involved in Project Development. Before joining Herma, Butch held various executive positions in both local and multinational oil and gas companies over a 19-year period. He has held various positions in the Market Planning and Supply Distribution departments of Petron Corporation, worked as a Distribution Manager for Consolidated Industrial Gases Incorporated, and as a Safety Manager for Process Gas Solutions.

Warren R. Galarce
Vice-President for Ship Management
Warren R. Galarce has a long string of experience in the maritime industry. He started as an apprentice deck cadet in RoRo/LoLo ships before sailing with tankers as a 3rd Mate and culminating his sea career on Very Large Crude Carriers as a Mate. He then went ashore initially to teach and assist the Philippines government in the examinations of Deck officers before joining a large multinational petroleum company where he rose to be the regional Marine Technical Adviser for the Philippines, Taiwan and North Pacific area prior to his joining Herma in 2008. Capt. Galarce is a graduate of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nautical Studies and the World Maritime University of Sweden with A Master of Science Certificate in Maritime Safety Administration. He also holds a certificate in shipping operations from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Master in Management degree majoring in Public, Industrial and Business management.
